Returns & Orders
- Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
- Orders are processed and shipped on non-holiday business days Monday-Friday.
- Orders may take up to 3 business days to be processed.
If you’re not as happy as a clam with your purchase, you may return unwashed, unworn items within 30 days for a refund.
To be eligible for return, item(s) must be unused with tags attached, and in its original condition & packaging.
Items not eligible for return are sale items marked as “Final Sale,” washed or worn goods, hats, candles, stickers, digital downloads, gift cards, and any promotional gifts.
Return shipping labels cost $7 and will be deducted from your refund once processed. You must use the return label that we provide in order for us to process your return, or we will not be able to refund your order.
To start a return, email us at email@example.com and include:
- your order number from your order confirmation email
- the item(s) you wish to return
We will email you a return shipping label. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and you will be refunded on the card you used to purchase the original order.
Returns for all eligible items are processed weekly, and refunds can take 3-5 business days to show up on your account. We will email you when the refund is issued.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the conditions above.
