Our content is one-of-a-kind and we do not accept refunds for courses.  However, we encourage you to check out our previews before purchasing to see if you like our style!

Living Porpoisefully® Shop

  • Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.
  • Orders are processed and shipped on non-holiday business days Monday-Friday.
  • Orders may take up to 3 business days to be processed.

FREE RETURNS: We want you to be happy as a clam with your porpoiseful purchase! You may return unwashed, unworn items within 30 days for a refund.

Non-eligible Items:

  • washed or worn goods
  • hats
  • stickers
  • digital downloads
  • gift cards
  • any promotional gifts.

To be eligible for return, item(s) must be unused with tags attached and in its original condition & packaging.

Please note that if the return conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse returns.

You must use the return label that we provide in order for us to process your return, or we will not be able to refund your order.

How to Start A Return

To start a FREE return, email us at and include:

  • your order number from your order confirmation email
  • the item(s) you wish to return

Then, we’ll email you a return shipping label.  Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund and you will be refunded on the card you used to purchase the original order.

A few things to know:

  • Returns for all eligible items are processed weekly
  • Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show up on your account
  • We’ll email you when the refund is issued
