We’re pretty excited about today’s post, because it’s something that many of us need more of right now…a beach break and some vitamin sea!
We’ve made a 3-minute “Relax at the Beach” YouTube video that’ll get your spirits soaring and your mind at ease. It’s partially guided, meaning it’ll help get your mind to relaxing quicker while then giving you space to breathe with just the waves.
It’s perfect for de-stressing anytime of day: in the morning to start your day, during your lunch break, between meetings, or at the end of a long day.
With all that’s been going on in the world lately, we hope that this melts away stress and gives you some sanity, peace, and joy.
And because we truly believe in the power of a little beach escape, we’re planning to make a series of them so that you have a regular place to get your calm on. (This is also great for kids as a mindfulness breathing break or calm corner!)
